Maghreb Secours: A Global Commitment to the Well-Being of Vulnerable Populations

Depuis sa création, Maghreb Secours est une association reconnue pour son engagement en faveur des populations les plus démunies au Maroc. En 2024, l’association élargit ses actions pour répondre à des besoins vitaux dans plusieurs domaines clés.

Among the new departments, life-saving medical operations are at the heart of our mission. Maghreb Secours supports urgent surgical interventions, particularly for children with serious illnesses, thus ensuring access to essential care for the most vulnerable. We also provide prosthetics and orthotics aux personnes en situation de handicap, leur offrant ainsi une chance de retrouver mobilité et autonomie. Il est évident que le Gouvernement marocain à mis en place une politique de prise en charge en faveur des exclus sociaux ou personnes à faibles ressources en garantissant un accès aux hôpitaux. L’afflux important dans les services de santé publique ne permet pas toujours une prise en charge rapide. Les patients s’adressent à notre association afin de parer au plus urgent.

Face à la crise de l’eau dans les zones rurales, notre association s’engage activement dans le digging of wells authorized to ensure sustainable access to drinking water in isolated douars. These initiatives help to slow rural exodus and maintain a stable agricultural life for local families.

Finally, Maghreb Secours plays a crucial role in guiding young people. Through awareness programs for students, we encourage them to pursue professional careers in Morocco, thus promoting the socio-economic development of the country. Through these actions, we aspire to build an inclusive, united and resilient Morocco.
