Maghreb Secours, founded in 2015, is a reference in humanitarian commitment in Morocco. We are determined to bring significant change to the lives of the socially excluded, the sick and victims of natural disasters. Our action is part of the Human Development Initiative launched in 2005.

Our Anchorage – Humanitarian Association in Morocco
As a humanitarian association in Morocco, our seniority and our notoriety are the fruit of our targeted actions. We responded reactively to crises, particularly during the September 2023 earthquake, mobilizing financial resources to support affected populations.
Humanitarian Expansion – Sub-Saharan Africa and New Projects
Maghreb Secours is expanding its humanitarian action beyond borders, focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa. Our new well digging department aims to solve problems of access to water, particularly in disadvantaged villages.

Introduction

Our medical department at Maghreb Secours has been a true source of miracles and successes in our humanitarian mission. By meeting the challenge of meeting complex medical needs, we have already carried out hundreds of life-saving operations, particularly for the vulnerable population of children affected by serious pathologies, especially cardiac, as well as interventions for the installation of prostheses , mainly for the lower limbs.

Transformative Impact on Children’s Lives

The results obtained exceeded our most optimistic expectations. Thanks to our dedicated medical team and the unfailing commitment of Maghreb Secours, we have brought a glimmer of hope to the lives of many children by offering them life-saving medical interventions. Heart operations have given these young hearts a chance at life, while the installation of prostheses has allowed those who need them to regain mobility and independence.

New Frontier – Karam Application

We are excited to announce our new initiative, the Karam application. Through this innovative application, we hope to increase our medical interventions and touch even more lives. Karam will facilitate communication, coordination and monitoring of interventions, thus allowing increased efficiency and an extended reach of our humanitarian action.
